FAQs
How can I place an order with you?
To place an order, you'll first need to submit a quote request. This is to ensure that you and I are on the same page. You can submit a quote for the products you'd like to order here. I will contact you within 3 days via email to discuss your order!
How do I know what to order?/What if I need help selecting products from your menu?
View my menu here! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need help or advice when planning your order! You can submit a quote here or you can send me a dm on Instagram.
What will my order cost?
Custom cookies are priced based on the time it takes to create each edible work of art! My menu will give you a price range for each product, but these are subject to change based on desired designs. You will submit a quote request first, and we will discuss your order and the price before hand.
What dates are you available?
To see my availability, you can view my schedule here. This also includes my pop-up event schedule!
If the date of your event is crossed out on my schedule, consider choosing a pickup date prior to your event! Some of my products, like my sugar cookies, stay fresh for at least 2 weeks when kept in their original packaging at room temperature. Check the product page for each item to see the recommended storage and timeline of consumption.

I found a picture of someone else's cookies that I want you to replicate. Will you do that?
My preferred example images are actually not of another baker's work. Though I greatly appreciate example images, I don't like to copy other designs exactly, and I can't promise that I even could. If another set of cookies is your only inspiration, keep in mind I will just reference this image to create something unique to you! My preferred design inspiration images include your decor, your event invitations, stock images of characters/themes that you want made into a cookie, etc. I would love to assist you in deciding what cookies to create based on your theme, so do not hesitate to ask for my input!
I have a food allergy. Can I be accommodated?
I truly wish I had the resources to safely accommodate severe food allergies, but at this time I do not. As of now, my products contain wheat, egg & dairy, as well as some products that contain nuts and soy, and/or have ingredients that are produced in facilities that also manufacture these allergens. In some cases, I am able to accommodate certain sensitivity requests (i.e. I can substitute non-dairy butter alternatives to make products dairy-free; I can sub out almond extract with vanilla extract) but these requests are subject to my discretion. Please let me know if this is something you have questions about. I advise those with serious, life-threatening food allergies to take extreme caution before consuming any baked goods.
Should I refrigerate my order?/How do I store my order?
Each item on my menu is meant to be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Please do not refrigerate royal icing decorated sugar cookies. This can and will cause the colors in the icing to run. You may, however, store cookie cakes and cookie sandwiches in the fridge, though this is not required. Please check the product page for each item to see the recommended storage and timeline of consumption.
Can I freeze the cookies that I ordered?
Yes you can! Royal icing cookies freeze really nicely when kept in their original packaging (individually heat-sealed bags). Simply place the bagged cookies into a tupperware container and tightly close the lid. You can freeze cookies this way for at least 3 months, but use your own discretion on preferred timeline. When you are ready to defrost your cookies, take the tupperware out of the freezer and leave at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight for at least 24 hours to ensure cookies are fully thawed. Do not remove or open the tupperware lid before the 24 hour defrosting period to avoid condensation build up which can ruin the icing and decorations.
I do not recommend freezing cookie cakes, cookie sandwiches or stroopwafels.
