Hi! My name is Betsy Gottschalk and I am the owner of 6 Dozen Custom Cookies. Baking has been a passion of mine since childhood, as I've always felt drawn to the creative process of experimenting, learning and trying new things. In October 2020, I began decorating royal icing cookies for family and friends. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a desire to launch my own business. A little over a year later, I founded 6 Dozen Custom Cookies in Pittsburgh, PA.
